Ensure you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, attempt to extract the source code, or create derivative versions of the app. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Empowerverse Inc.

Empowerverse Inc. reserves the right to update the app and modify these terms at any time. Any changes to pricing for services will be communicated clearly before implementation.

Empowerverse Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Such content includes, but is not limited to: (i) Sexually explicit materials (ii) Obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, or unlawful content or profanity (iii) Content infringing on third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.) (iv) Content promoting illegal substances, tobacco products, firearms, or regulated substances (v) Gambling-related content, including online casinos, sportsbooks, bingo, or poker

Users can flag content they deem objectionable for review. Empowerverse will moderate flagged content and remove any violations. Accounts posting objectionable content may be restricted or banned.

Empowerverse collects and processes personal data provided by users to deliver its services. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may compromise security and affect app functionality.

The app requires an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. Empowerverse Inc. is not responsible for app functionality issues due to lack of connectivity. Users are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app, including roaming charges when used outside their home country.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure their device remains charged and updated. Empowerverse Inc. is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to meet these conditions.

Empowerverse may rely on third-party data and services. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for losses incurred due to reliance on third-party content.

Users must accept app updates when provided. Empowerverse Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to users will end, and users must stop using and delete the app from their devices.

Empowerverse Inc. endeavors to maintain app accuracy and functionality but is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, third-party services, or user negligence.

By using the Empowerverse app, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.
